When will my order ship?
Although the majority of our orders ship within 24 hours, on occasions, some items are made-to-order and have a company standard of allowing 1-2 weeks.  Should you be in need of a rush item, simply indicate this at time of checkout and our staff will do everything in our power to accommodate the request.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges will be based upon the amount of the order and the destination. Thus the shipping charges will be determined at the time of order processing.  Orders ship via United States Postal Service or UPS.

Tracking Your Order:
An order tracking number will be provided at checkout so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available.

International Orders:
We do not currently ship International Orders.  Orders are shipped within the USA only.

Returns or Exchanges:
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange regularly priced merchandise within 30 days of the shipped date. Returns received later than the allowance date will be eligible for store credit only for a period of an additional 30 days if the item is still being sold on KEdancewear.com in the applicable color and size. Store credit may reflect the most current sales price listed. Any merchandise received after 60 days will be automatically returned to sender. ALL CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE ONLY (no returns will be accepted/This does not include promotional code items). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additionally, All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached.  Any items returned in any condition other than in that originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange.  We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.  Standard Shipping is complimentary on exchange items.  Should an item require a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment.

Refunds will be issued to the account used for the original purchase.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
